Our Buildings are Constructed On-Site
Most of our competitors have their buildings built out-of-state, loaded on a truck in one piece, sometimes shipped and unloaded at their location, and then loaded again before it arrives at the permanent location. Our buildings are built on-site. This offers several advantages:

Unlike dealers in your area who are limited to the styles and options in a catalog, our buildings are completely customizable. Windows, doors, etc. can be placed in virtually any location. So, whether you need a standard lawn and garden shed, extra office space, a place to workout, a kennel for your best friend or a place to store the Harley-Davidson™, the only limitation is your imagination! Fast Turn-Around
Unlike most competitors that may take weeks or months to deliver your building, we offer much faster turn-around times (in most cases) and our buildings are usually built in one day. (Some buildings may take longer due to their size, customized options or site-prep, etc.)

Most of our competition is deliver-and-drop, meaning they usually require you to prepare the build site before they arrive. Basic ground-prep is included FREE with every purchase and if your site requires excavation or you prefer your shed to be placed on a concrete pad we provide those services also. ​
